Learn easy-to-follow choreography to your favourite songs while getting a full-body workout that doesn’t *feel* like a workout.\
This class is all about confidence, energy, and finding your inner *movr!* No experience needed, just good vibes.

MOVR MODE is a feel-good dance fitness class taught by an industry professional, created for beginners and improvers who want to move, sweat, and have fun.

Movr Mode Dance Fitness - Beginners/Improvers

A welcoming and dynamic flamenco technique class suitable for all levels. We will work on posture, arms (braceo), footwork (zapateado), coordination, rhythm, musicality and expression, helping dancers build strong foundations whilst also challenging those with more experience.

We will also practise small sections of different choreographies, focusing on technique, confidence and performance quality. The aim is not only to improve movement technique, but also to give students the skills to improvise with greater ease and to recognise and understand the different palos (rhythms) of flamenco. 

All levels are very welcome.

There's a mix of skill levels and Jas makes it welcoming for all. A great option to get your body moving and grooving. Highly recommend!

Lessons are awesome! So much fun and quite the workout.

The sound in the room however is terrible. It’s so loud and bounces every where in the room since the studio is untreated making it hard to even recognise the song.

ID studio, please consider installing sound panels to improve the sound quality so we can figure what the song is, dramatically improving our experience.

A welcoming and inclusive general level ballet class for people who want to extend their dance knowledge.

Each class will begin at the barre with footwork, plies, foot stretching and strengthening, adage etc. which will prepare the body for work in the centre. 

We will then work away from the barre with port de bras and tendu before travelling across the floor with pirouettes. 

Completing the class will be grande allegro and a cool down stretch. 

This is a very supportive and methodical class with lots of technical pointers to help you progress. I always encourage a fun, no pressure environment.
