This is a slow class to wind you down at the end of the day, gently stretching and lengthening your body with a relaxing practice. Inspired by the principles of yin yoga, we will encourage the release of tension in the body and mind. The class will end with a relaxing meditation, to allow the body to feel the benefits of the practice and the mind to soften into stillness.
