We are excited to welcome you to our new class which aims to support you to find and maintain balance in your life.
Each week we will structure the sessions to support developing balance in our body, breath and mind.
• Asana practice – to support physical strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination.
• Pranayama - breathing techniques that help to lift, calm and balance the nervous system.
• Meditation - meditative practices that can support being mindful in the present.
• Reflection - Each week we will end with a reflection which relates to aspects of yoga philosophy and ethical living.
