An energetic, fun and lively dance fitness class for all abilities that marries strength, stretch, isolation and cardio fitness exercises to banging tunes, designed to work your entire body whilst lifting your spirits and giving you a sense of achievement and buzz at the end of it. 

Routines cover dance genres such as Hip Hop, House, Street, Jazz and Latin - working out as you dance.

Led by Maddie-May, a Laine Theatre Arts graduate, who has 5+ years of teaching experience within the musical theatre genres, plus personal industry knowledge and experience.

We will work on body isolations, body movement, improving your basics as well as working on more complex moves and combinations, working on technique, drilling, build dancing confidence and working on social dancing skills...and also have some fun :)

The aim of the course is to give you tools to enjoy the dancing and express yourself on the dancefloor.
