An energetic, fun and lively dance fitness class for all abilities that marries strength, stretch, isolation and cardio fitness exercises to banging tunes, designed to work your entire body whilst lifting your spirits and giving you a sense of achievement and buzz at the end of it. 

Routines cover dance genres such as Hip Hop, House, Street, Jazz and Latin - working out as you dance.

- Join Maddie-May for a Theatre Jazz Class- perfect for dancers at an 'improvers’ level, who want to push their performance and dance technique. Led by Maddie-May, a Laine Theatre Arts graduate, who has 5+ years of teaching experience within the musical theatre genres, plus personal industry knowledge and experience. 

The beginning of class will be technique based; leading into new jazz choreography each week, plus optional filming opportunities in the final 15 minutes.

A welcoming and inclusive general level ballet class for people who want to extend their dance knowledge.

Each class will begin at the barre with footwork, plies, foot stretching and strengthening, adage etc. which will prepare the body for work in the centre. 

We will then work away from the barre with port de bras and tendu before travelling across the floor with pirouettes. 

Completing the class will be grande allegro and a cool down stretch. 

This is a very supportive and methodical class with lots of technical pointers to help you progress. I always encourage a fun, no pressure environment.

The focus is on emphasizing the importance of building a strong core, maintaining proper body alignment, increasing your heart rate, and mindful breathing, all while enjoying some great music.

My mission is to inspire, motivate, and guide you in physically moving and toning your body in ways that protect you from injury and leave you feeling centered, balanced, radiant, and happy!
